Tax Assistance Program
Volunteers prepare and e-file Federal and State Income taxes free of charge for seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those earning less than $70,000. Our volunteers prepare simple taxes. They do not prepare taxes for small business owners, or taxes that involve rental properties, or complex capitol gains/losses. Tax sites are located throughout Garfield County and are open February through April 15. Please call 970-896-6210 to schedule an appointment beginning February 3rd. Appointments fill quickly so please do not wait until April as we may not have any appointments available.
