When you or your loved one is facing a life-limiting condition, Hospice provides end-of-life care that provides comfort, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Hospice care can be provided at home, at an assisted living facility, at a long-term care setting, or even at a hospital. Hospice services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or as needed. A Registered Nurse is always available to talk with you or members of your family. Our Hospice Care Team can provide medication and relief for nausea and other symptoms as well as medical supplies and equipment to help you manage symptoms and relieve pain. HomeCare & Hospice of the Valley cares for not only you but also those whom you love. We will keep you and your loved ones comfortable and supported, and allow you to experience life’s final stage with comfort and dignity
