Transport of injured and orphaned wildlife from rescuers all around the western slope to PSS Wildlife in Silt, and from PSS Wildlife in Silt to our vet in Olathe. Volunteers are not required to do all transports in all areas or at all times - you may tell us a specific area you are comfortable transporting in (ie from Aspen to Silt), and days or times you are potentially available. We also often use several volunteers to complete legs of a transport so one doesn't have to go an extreme distance.
Our need for transporters varies greatly, sometimes we go weeks without needing a transport in a given area, and sometimes we have several in a day.
